Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a typical equipment only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is offered without charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domain names under one web hosting account. This is conceivable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager interface. The other web hosting CP tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 separate accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/management functions. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no Control Panel option.
Domains Hosted 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered hosting Control Panel devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your hostnames in one hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP platforms do not provide such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and as a consequence they require TWO different accounts: 1 domain name administration/billing/support user account and 1 website administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP devices work only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
